The imagery of the Lamb upon the throne immediately transports our minds to the sacred pages of the Book of Revelation. In Revelation 5:12-13, we read a heavenly chorus proclaiming, "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!" This divine affirmation sets the stage for our worship, acknowledging the worthiness of the Lamb who bore our sins and secured our salvation.
