CCC Main Focus:
- We take a person-centred, holistic approach, and we ensure that refugees or new immigrants vulnerabilities are supported. We can assist you with your kid’s school registration, finding a house, finding work, finding a family doctor, finding a local church
- We do speak your language (English, French, Spanish, Lingala, Swahili, Yoruba, Portuguese, Kinyarwanda, Pidgin)
- We provide housing case management support in the lower mainland homeless families which included housing search support, client advocacy with landlords, supportive counseling, practical assistance, and crisis intervention.
